i.  Small Medium Enterprise (SME) companies which are export oriented (with at least fifty percent (50%) of the turnover are for export) and financing are under the Government guarantee schemes managed by SJPP

*The new guideline on all sectors for SMEs issued by SME Corp. Malaysia and endorsed by the National SME Development Council defined companies with the following definition:
  • Sales turnover not exceeding RM20.0 Million only or having full-time employees from 30 to not exceeding 75 workers for services and other sectors
  • Sales turnover from RM15 million to not exceeding RM50 million or having full-time employees from 75 to not exceeding 200 workers for manufacturing sector
ii. Incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 and / or Companies Act 2016.
iii. At least 51% of shares held by Malaysian citizens in the duration of the scheme.
iv. Total equity shareholding not exceeding RM20 million based on the latest audited accounts, which is not more than 18 months from the date of application.
