KUALA LUMPUR: The Financial Management and Resilience Programme (Urus) complements government initiatives to help those most affected by the pandemic along with measures to reduce long-term effects of Covid-19 on the economy, says Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz.

The Finance Minister said they welcomed the comprehensive loan repayment assistance programme announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on Wednesday.

PUTRAJAYA: Institusi perbankan tempatan bakal memperuntukkan dana RM1 bilion bagi membiayai Program Pengurusan dan Ketahanan Kewangan (URUS) dikelolakan oleh sektor itu.

Menteri Kewangan, Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz berkata, permohonan bagi program ini akan dibuka kepada awam dari 15 November ini hingga 31 Januari tahun depan.

KUALA LUMPUR: The banking sector has allocated an estimated RM1 billion for the financial management and resilience programme (Urus) to assist loan repayments of those in need, said the finance ministry.

Minister Tengku Zafrul Aziz said the ministry welcomed Urus, a loan repayment assistance programme jointly designed by the banking sector and the Credit Counseling and Debt Management Agency (AKPK), as announced by Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob yesterday.

KUALA LUMPUR, 14 Okt -- Kementerian Kewangan menyifatkan Program Pengurusan dan Ketahanan Kewangan (URUS) sebagai melengkapkan inisiatif kerajaan dalam membantu golongan paling terjejas sejajar dengan pembukaan semula ekonomi, pemulihan negara serta langkah mengurangkan kesan jangka panjang yang berkekalan terhadap ekonomi negara.
